At Hot Clay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home ceramics and pottery essentials. If your order isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package your items in their original boxing, ensuring fragile ceramic pieces are well-padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship via Carrier

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
